Your profile
- Completed vocational training as an electrician, service technician or multimedia electronics technician, or equivalent professional experience
- A flair for IT
- Enjoyment of independently planning and organising customer visits
- Languages: good spoken skills in at least one of the languages German, French or English; additional languages an advantage
- Driving licence category B
- Resident in the deployment region
Your responsibilities
- Independently planning, scheduling and carrying out service work on digital signage installations
- Planning and carrying out new installations
- Advising on the optimal placement of our solutions, including with regard to the necessary mounting equipment and mounting options
- Professional installation of screens, including cabling
- Installation, commissioning and maintenance of LED walls
- Stocking and managing the material required for service and installations, also in your region
- Reporting work and hardware movements in the database
- Occasionally performing monitoring and support in the helpdesk
- Participating in technical training and meetings
- Assignments predominantly in your region, but regularly throughout Switzerland as well
