Reporting & data sources

Thanks to our new ad booking platform we produce even more granular reporting. Here you will find the essentials about the report and about how our figures come about.

You only pay for what was actually played out

Billing is based on actual playout — not on the plan. If a campaign runs above plan, that overperformance is your gain.

Post-campaign report

What you receive after every campaign

A report that shows the number of playouts and contacts as a table and as a chart — per day, per network and across the whole flight.

Table & chart

Booked against generated playouts and contacts, with the added value in per cent.

Day by day

Every campaign day individually — weekends and public holidays included.

The figures above illustrate the structure of the report; they are not a real campaign. Only values within the target group are reported.

Data sources

Where the figures come from

Every network has its own data source — from the till system to the market research study.

POS-Healthcare & retail networks
Till transactions at the locations.
SPAR / TopCC
Till transactions, plus sensor measurements by SPAR Handels AG.
Street
Reach model based on a study by the market research institute Intervista.
Shopping-Raststätte Würenlos
Recorded by the inventory provider.
PraxisTV
Data from TV-Wartezimmer, adapted to the Swiss market.
DAB+ InCar Ads
Live report of the playouts.

Dynamic data model

The data sits in a dynamic model that takes weekdays, public holidays and the opening hours of the locations into account.

Contact figures and playouts are therefore recalculated location by location and for every campaign — so the forecast mirrors reality as closely as possible.

Meeting the target

The campaign target counts as met when the generated contacts fall within a tolerance of plus/minus 5% of the booked contacts.

The measure is always the contact target — not the number of playouts. How many playouts that takes varies: depending on the location and time of day, one playout reaches more or fewer people.
